  2. Competition closes at 12:00pm on the 31st August 2017
  3. Entry can be only made via the official entry page on the Bombora Downs web site
  4. Winners will be notified by phone and email (as per the entry form), with the winner’s name being published on the Bombora Downs web site after the draw.
  5. All details on the entry form MUST be filled out for the entry to be deemed valid
  6. A Dandino service fee is valued at $5,500 (including GST) and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash
  7. The service fee must be used in the 2017 season- existing service fee conditions apply if the mare misses or slips
  8. Transport, agistment, husbandry costs and any ongoing vet costs involved with the health of the mare will be borne by the winning entrant
  9. Entry is limited to one per valid email address
  10. Details collected during the promotion may be used in future promotions for Bombora Downs Thoroughbred Services
  11. No correspondence will be entered into in relation to the awarding of the prize
